This chapter is all about it, and if you want to learn Korean easily, make sure to read all the chapters and try to memorize and practice. Because practice makes everything perfect. Right?
So, let's get into the business.

How to ask, "What day is it?" in Korean.
Suppose if you want to ask somebody, what day it is, in Korean, how'll you ask that question, in such a way that the other person understands you? Let's look,
You'll ask: 무슨 요일입니까? (moo-seun yo-il-ib-ni-kka?)
or
무슨 요일이에요? (moo-seun yo-il-i-e-yo?)
Both are of the same meaning, but the first one is a more polite and very formal one, and the second one is just formal. So if you are asking this question to a very older person or a stranger, you'll have to use the first one. And if you're asking this to a stranger or who is not that older than you, you can use the second one.
And in a very casual way, like, if you want to ask your friends, or people of your age, or younger age, you can use this structure,
무슨 요일이야? (moo-seun yo-il-i-ya)
One single thing to be noted while pronouncing these sentences, 무슨 요일이야, 무슨 요일이에요, and 무슨 요일입니까,
the yo-il-ib-ni-kka, yo-il-i-e-yo, and yo-il-i-ya, will be pronounced as,
yoiribnikka, yoirieyo, and yoiriya. That is, the 'l' sound in yo-il- will be pronounced as 'r' like 'yoir'.
